For Bachelor, Master, and PhD Students

At HDI CAMPUS, we are committed to fostering a strong research culture across all academic programs. This page provides guidance for students preparing a Research Project (Bachelor), Thesis (Master), or Dissertation (PhD).

Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure your submission meets the required academic standards.

Bachelor Degrees — Research Project

Objective

To develop students’ ability to conduct independent research and present findings in an academically sound manner.

8,000 – 12,000 words

Submission

Students must submit one soft copy (PDF format) via LMS and one printed copy to the Academic Office.

Master Degrees — Thesis

Objective

To demonstrate the student’s mastery of research skills and contribute new knowledge or insights in the field of study.

15,000 – 25,000 words

PhD Degrees — Dissertation

Objective

To produce original and significant scholarly work that contributes to knowledge in the field.

40,000 – 60,000 words

(Can vary based on discipline and approved research proposal.)

Additional Requirements

  • Article Publications: PhD students must publish at least 2 articles in indexed journals. HDI CAMPUS facilitates publication in Academic Journal (www.acadj.org) with minimal cost.

  • Open Access: Final dissertations will be published on the HDI CAMPUS Publication Portal and/or Academic Journal.

General Notes

  • Plagiarism Check: All submissions will undergo plagiarism detection (similarity index below 20%).

  • Citation Style: Students must consistently follow an accepted citation style (APA, Harvard, Chicago) depending on the program guidelines.

  • Supervision: Each student will be assigned a qualified academic supervisor.

  • Viva Test: Bachelor, Master, and PhD candidates are required to defend their work in a Viva Test.
